Changes in ownership or owner status for land and mineral rights require updated title records. Owners should ensure they have the appropriate documentation. Note, requirements may vary depending on the jurisdiction.

Address changes must be in writing. If you are an owner who wishes to submit a change of address, please mail or email to Titan the following information:
Titan Resources, Limited (Titan) is a privately-held oil and gas exploration and production company that was formed in 1985. Currently, Titan operates more than 38 properties in Oklahoma and has an economic interest in over 112 properties operated by others.
Since 1985, Titan has progressively, but conservatively grown by both acquisition of producing properties and development of drilling projects.

Q: HOW DO I NOTIFY TITAN OF AN ADDRESS CHANGE?
A: All address changes must be submitted in writing and must include the Owner Code, Old Address, and New Address. The information can be submitted by either mail or email.
Q: CAN I SET UP DIRECT DEPOSIT?
A: Titan now offers direct deposit (ACH) of revenue with electronic voucher emailed.

Q: WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A REVENUE CHECK?
A: In accordance with applicable law, Titan’s standard procedure is to cut checks once the revenue amount reaches $100 or once a year (typically in October) for amounts over $5 unless the owner account is suspended. Possible reasons for suspended accounts are missing or incorrect address or notice of change in ownership or death of interest owner.
